Strativity has received the Paragon Standout award in the Innovation category at the 2026 ISG Paragon Awards, recognising our work with Sanofi North America.
The award reflects a simple idea we have championed for more than two decades: organisations make better decisions when they understand their customers better than anyone else.
Listening where decisions are made
Sanofi wanted to better understand the factors shaping adoption of Dupixent. Rather than rely on traditional research alone, the team conducted 100 contextual interviews with the people closest to the treatment journey: patients, prescribers and biologic coordinators.
Hearing from each of these groups in context revealed what patients and clinicians experience, not just what they report, and challenged several long-held assumptions about what drives adoption.
From insight to innovation
The work produced:
- 28 new behavioural and ecosystem insights that reshaped how adoption was understood
- 389 innovation ideas informed directly by those insights
- 16 innovation concepts refined from the strongest ideas
- Six concepts now moving forward into implementation planning
Extending the approach to Japan
The success of the engagement has since led to expanded work in Japan, applying the same approach to a new market with its own customer behaviours and adoption challenges.
A shared achievement
This recognition belongs to a true partnership. We thank the Sanofi team for their openness and collaboration, and congratulate everyone involved, including James Beeby, Anu Koshy, Usha Sudhakar, Mohit Kale and the wider Strativity and UST team.
