Who We Are

Transforming the experience an organisation delivers to its customers and employees can be profoundly important but equally challenging. Many experience enhancement, strategic innovation and change programs fail to deliver the impact and value that was promised. That’s why strativity CXO Board comes in.

In recognition of this, we have created APAC’S premier, invitation-only, a community for Experience Orientated Leaders. The goal is to provide members with inspiration, education, continuous support, thought leadership and a sounding board for ideas exchange.

The CXO Board aims to be the gold standard in sharing, guidance and networking support. Our focus is on helping each other to build better, more people-centric organisations that positively impact our communities, nation and the world.

Memberships

The CXO Board membership includes: 

  • Ability to attend 2 x CXO Board Forums each year (including morning tea, 2 course lunch and networking drinks at an upmarket venue – or virtual if preferred)
  •  Leading CEO/CCO speaker discussing competitive/customer strategy and/or experience orientated change.
  • Unpacking of a global and local case study (a detailed look at context, challenges, approach and results)
  • Networking, member shares and round table discussions on challenges and impactful approaches with other senior leaders.
  • Participation in the annual deployment of our online customer centricity maturity assessment with access to aggregated/comparison data (great for longitudinal assessment of improvement and to benchmark against other firms)
  • Access to a 3 hour strategy testing/validation workshop each year with one of Strativity’s top consultants (where we act as a sounding board to test assumptions and approaches, highlight gaps and recommend method etc)

Our forums are an opportunity to immerse yourself in genuine thought leadership and for extended networking and conversations with a variety of CXO Board Members. Each event is slightly different, but typically we would have a keynote or two from a leading CEO or Expert, presentations from 2-3 CXO Board Members and ample opportunity for group discussions. The focus is on highly quality content and a behind the scenes look at the successes and challenges that come with organisational transformation.

CXM Assessment

The CXM Assessment has been developed as a guide for organisations to evaluate their progress across five core components: Customers, Employees, Strategy, Measurement, and Organisation. The assessment provides an overall scoring of your Customer Centricity or Customer Experience (CX) maturity, your alignment on the five core components and the high-level steps required to progress to the next phase.

The CXM Assessment has six distinct phases of maturity: Denial, Discovery, Development, Deployment, Dedicated, and Differentiated. Most organisations fall between the Discovery and Deployment Phases.

Strategy Validation Workshop

CXO Board membership includes an annual 3 hour strategy validation workshop. This is a private look at your strategy, CX | EX plans, gaps in your approach, recommendations with one of Strativity’s Directors.

This can be scheduled any time during the year to align with strategy/planning cycles.

Confidentiality

Any discussions held in the CXO Board are conducted under the Chatham House Rule: you can use the information disclosed in a meeting, but you cannot attribute a source. Members list is not confidential, and authors of discussion papers retain the copyright to their work. Individual authors will determine whether copies of material will be permitted to be distributed outside of the CXO Board.

The twice a year forum hosted by CXO Board is an event members look forward to each year. We host a great line up of speakers with a focus on strategy and performance. It is a wonderful opportunity for extended networking and conversations with CXO Board Members that you may have never met before and we gladly welcome all members to join.

CXO Board Forum - Sydney, March 2023

Strativity ANZ are very excited to announce another great line up of speakers for our upcoming CXO Board Forum on March 16 in Sydney. We will hear from Greg Yong, CEO at Ardent Leisure Group (Dreamworld and SkyPoint), Rowan Munchenberg, EGM of Business Lending at NAB (and former Managing Director of Bankwest), Nick Mountford, Co-Founder of Active Theory and Alok Kulkarni, Co-Founder at Cyara. As usual, all sessions will include Q&A under Chatham House rules, with dedicated time for networking and informal conversations. Along with lunch, drinks and some live entertainment.

The CXO Board is pleased to announce the September forum as the board welcomes - Bernie Brookes AM who spent over 8 years as CEO and MD of MYER. Paul Rayson who is the current CEO of Hearts and Minds Investments Limited (ASX: HM1) and the former MD of CommSec. Jon Satterley who is the CEO and Co-Founder of Fortress Australia and the former Chief Digital Officer at Village Roadshow. Andrea Peters who is the Chief Growth Officer at LGIAsuper and Raphael James who sits on the Global Leadership Team for Applied Intelligence at Accenture. The forum will take place in a relaxed environment with lunch, live music providing a platform for informal networking opportunities.

CXO Board Forum - Sydney, March 2022

We welcomed back our CXO Board members to our March Forum for an exciting guest speaker. Professor Ryan Buell from Harvard Business School came along and ran an incredibly engaging and informative CX Masterclass. In this 2 hour session, Ryan unpacked a case study with the cohort and drove discussions on strategic options, experience differentiation and practical applications. The case he selected is the first one he covers when he delivers the Harvard Business School CX Transformation Program in Boston.
