Challenger Research Survey- Game of Skill Competition Terms & Conditions
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS:
By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. PROMOTER:
The competition is conducted by Strativity Group Pty Ltd (“the Promoter”) ABN 17 652 695 077.
3. ELIGIBILITY:
Entry is open to individuals who:
- Are 18 years of age or older.
- Are residents of Australia.
- Have been invited to participate in the retirement income research survey.
Employees, directors and contractors (and their immediate family members) of the Promoter, Challenger Limited, and any agencies associated with the promotion are not eligible to enter.
Immediate family includes spouses, de-facto partners, parents, children or siblings.
4. COMPETITION PERIOD:
The competition opens 6:00am Tuesday 31 March 2026 and closes 11:59pm Tuesday 21 April 2026. Entries submitted after the closing date will not be eligible.
5. HOW TO ENTER:
To enter the competition, eligible participants must:
- Complete the retirement income research survey.
- Provide a response of 25 words or fewer to the following question: “What does financial security in retirement mean to you?”
- Provide contact details for prize notification.
Only one entry per person will be accepted. Incomplete or invalid entries will not be considered.
6. ACCEPTABLE FORMATS AND CONTENT STANDARDS:
Entries must be submitted in writing via the survey in plain text only (no images, audio, video, links or attachments). The entry must be in English and must not exceed 25 words. The Promoter may, in its absolute discretion, declare an entry invalid if it is incomplete, illegible, corrupt or not submitted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Entries must not contain any content that is obscene, offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, threatening, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, unlawful, misleading, or that infringes the intellectual property or other rights of any person, or that identifies any individual (including by name, image or contact details). The Promoter may remove, exclude and/or disqualify any entry that breaches this clause, without notice.
7. GAME OF SKILL:
This promotion is a game of skill.
Entries will be judged based on:
- Relevance to the question.
- Clarity of expression.
- Originality of response.
The five (5) entries judged the best will each receive a prize.
The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. PRIZES:
There are five (5) prizes available.
Each prize consists of One $100 gift card.
The total prize pool value is $500 AUD.
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
If a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
9. WINNER NOTIFICATION:
Winners will be notified using the contact details provided at entry via phone or email within 7 days of the competition closing date.
If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
10. PRIVACY:
By entering, participants consent to the Promoter collecting and using their personal information for the purposes of running the competition, specifically to:
- administer the competition
- contact prize winners
- publish a list of winners on the Promoter ‘s website (first name and home state only).
Personal information provided for the competition will not be used for marketing purposes and will not be shared with third parties except where required for prize fulfilment.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its associated agencies accept no responsibility for:
- Late, lost or misdirected entries.
- Technical interruptions.
- Errors in entry submission.
The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered as a result of participating in the competition or accepting a prize.
12. RIGHT TO MODIFY OR CANCEL:
The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the competition if unforeseen circumstances prevent it from running as planned.
